All rental equipment and/or waitstaff is reserved upon receipt of 50% deposit and service agreement acknowledgement by client.
We require the full balance of invoice to be paid in full prior to your event. Invoices paid using a credit or debit card must be processed at least 14 business days prior to your event. Balance is due 14 days prior to delivery.
We have daily, long-term, and weekend rates. Weekend rates are considered daily rates. Please contact us for a quote.
Rentals $100 and below must be arranged for pickup and drop-off at our storage location.
Floral Rentals and Décor Design can be included in pricing. Please contact us to discuss your event.
Décor Setup is available for DYI Brides who provide all their supplies. Please contact us to discuss your event.
In the event you need to cancel your event, cancellations may incur a fee based on our General Cancellation Policy.

Damages to property will result in additional charge.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance. We are able to provide event venues with our certificate of insurance for comprehensive general liability with $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.
