​Our staff will create an event planning timeline preparation and checklist and provide you with vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings. We will complete contract review and establish relationships to manage your vendors, such as caterers, supplies, bakers, staff, entertainment, etc.

• ​Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the event

• Coordinate arrival, setup and departure

• Itinerary creation and coordination
